Kootenai River Ride Successful

The seventh annual Kootenai River Ride this year was another great success. Of the 164 riders who registered, 158 showed up to enjoy the ride and day's events. The weather (seven years out of seven) proved to be perfect again!

We couldn't do this ride without the continued support of our generous sponsors. From those who donated door prizes to the fire department that allowed us to use the station as a rest stop to the fairgrounds to the musicians and the road crews, everybody worked together to make this a great event that continues to grow each year.

To date, the Rotary Club will have $1,500 to donate to its scholarship fund and for local projects.

Rotary is also a great supporter of other community organizations. What a beautiful thing when service organizations can work together for a great cause…our community! Bonners Ferry, you are the BEST!
