Funeral services were held at Yates Funeral Home's Hayden Chapel for St. Maries native Gail B. Anderson, 68, Montesano, Washington, who died at her home January 10, 2004.

Gail was born in St. Maries June 19, 1935, to Harvey and Lenora Jenson. She was raised in Harrison and graduated from Harrison High School. On June 27, 1953, she married Lee Anderson, and they lived in Tacoma, Washington, and Coeur d'Alene before moving to Montesano in 1996.

Gail worked as a dental assistant for 26 years, retiring in 1991. She enjoyed gardening, potted plants, bowling and ceramics.

She is survived by her husband; sons Howard Anderson, Snohomish, Washington, Ronald Anderson, Nisqually, Washington, and Wendell Anderson, Maple Valley, Washington; her mother, Lenora Grieve, Hoquiam, Washington; sisters Alice Orr, Raymond, Washington, and Susan Selle, Anchorage, Alaska; and three grandchildren.
