Easy Leftover Turkey Baked Sandwhiches

Hopefully, everyone is ready for Thanksgiving because it is just around the corner! I thought I would give everyone some recipe ideas for leftover Thanksgiving Turkey. Honestly, who wants to eat Thanksgiving dinner for a week and with all the leftovers you’ll have in the fridge you might as well use them up with these quick and yummy recipes.

EASY LEFTOVER TURKEY BAKED SANDWICHES

Ingredients:
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. poppy seeds
8 Kaiser rolls, split
Leftover Roasted Turkey slices
8 slices Provolone cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350° In small pan, saute onion in olive oil until tender. Let cool for 10 minutes. Mix butter, mustard, onion mixture, and poppy seed in a small bowl and spread over cut sides of rolls.
Fill rolls with turkey and cheese. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil and bake at 350°
for 20-30 minutes until sandwiches are hot and cheese is melted. Makes 8 sandwiches
