MULTI-TALENTED MEXICAN DISH

Ingredients :

1 can refried beans
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
Taco seasoning or use your own seasonings
2 small cans green chilles
About 1 pound of any shredded cheese you like (cheddar, colby jack or pepper jack or a combination of them.)
Salsa
2 roma tomatoes
1 bunch green onions
1 small can sliced olives
About ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
Guacamole
Sour cream
Flour tortillas or tortilla chips

Directions:

Brown ground beef and onion, drain and add seasonings. Spread refried beans in bottom of an 11X9 inch pan. Pour ground beef mixture on top of the beans. Spread green chilles over the ground beef, then layer the cheese on top. Pour a generous amount of salsa over the cheese. Bake this for about 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven. While this is baking chop tomatoes and green onions and combine with olives, and cilantro. Layer this mixture on top, now you can top with sour cream and guacamole and serve this with chips as a dip, or you can leave the sour cream and guacamole on the side, spoon over chips and serve this as nachos, or you can roll it into a tortilla shell and serve this as burritos. I took this to a Christmas party as a dip, and brought the leftovers home and we had burritos for dinner!
