Two chicken tenders for each sandwich (I buy the bags of frozen chicken tenders)
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup hot sauce (Red hot or Tabasco)
Sliced jack cheese
Blue cheese dressing
Leaf lettuce
French rolls
Celery sticks
Directions:
Grill, fry, broil, or cook the chicken however you prefer and set aside. In a pan melt the butter and add the hot sauce put the chicken in the hot sauce mixture and coat each chicken tender. Toast your rolls under the broiler and place chicken on the rolls, then top with cheese and lettuce and serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side. You can also use the excess hot sauce mixture for dipping, Yummy!
