Kootenai Charities, Inc. presented a $1,000 check to the North Idaho College Foundation with funds raised by the Demolition Derby at the North Idaho Fair. The funds contributed to NIC will provide two $500 scholarships, one for an academic student and one for a professional-technical student, during the 2009-2010 academic year.
