If you are good with a can opener and not an especially good cook, I’ve got THE recipe for you!
CAN CAN CHICKEN
Ingredients:
1 can (10 1/2 oz. ) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 soup can water
11/3 cups minute rice
1 can (12oz.) boned chicken or 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 can (8oz.) chow mein noodles or 2 cups fried onion rings.
Directions
Combine all ingredients except noodles in large skillet. Stir to mix. Bring quickly to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes. Remove from heat; stir. Serve with noodles on top. Enough for 8x8 inch dish.
