From RuralNorthwest.com Bonner News (March 11, 2007) The Bonner County Daily Bee reported that John William William Baisden Sr., John William Baisden Jr., Carl Spencer Baisden and their spouses, principles of Family Solutions Network and operators of the Turning Winds residential boarding school (currently in Troy Montana and formerly of Cocolalla Idaho) filed suit against the Bonner County Sheriff's Office in Sandpoint Idaho for being wrongly accused of assaulting a runaway student and maliciously prosecuted.
