From RuralNorthwest.com Kootenai People The Coeur d'Alene Press reported on Sunday, April 1st in Hayden that the Kootenai Humane Society through their CLAWS program, (Community Lifeline for Animal Welfare Services) will be making available this May for seniors and low income residents pet food and litter for their animals.
