From RuralNorthwest.com Kootenai People The Coeur d' Alene Press reported on Thrusday, April 19th that Scott Rigsby, a double amputee is hoping be the first like him to complete a full Ironman on prosthetics. Rigsby is in Coeur d' Alene this week from Saturday till April 29th speaking to groups, churches, schools, and most importantly, testing the course.
