N. Idaho Woman Sues Builder Over Sinking Home

The Idaho Statesman reported that the owner of a collapsing Kootenai County home built over a landfill with decaying animal bones, tree stumps and trash has filed a lawsuit against the builder, who in turn filed a suit against the company that sold the land.
