Abused Child Recovering from Amputations

KREM.com reported that the father of abuse victim Kyra Wine said doctors at in Spokane had to amputate all of Kyra's toes and the tip of one of her fingers. The three-year-old was found at her home in St. Maries bloody and badly abused with dead flesh on her arms and legs after deputies were asked to perform a welfare check on her.
