White Cake Mix
1-1/4 c. Water
1/3 c. Oil
3 eggs

Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese (Softened)
1.5 c. Powdered sugar
1 tsp. Orange extract
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/3 c. Chopped cranberries
1/4 c. Melted white chocolate chips

MIx cake mix 3 eggs, 1/2 c. Oil and 1-1/4 c. Water. Pour into mini cupcake molds and bake approximately 19 minutes.

While cupcakes are baking, mix frosting as follows: Mix cream cheese, powered sugar until well blended. Add orange and vanilla extracts.

When cupcakes are finished, let set for 5 minutes. Then press the center with a cupcake press. (I use a Pampered Chef cupcake press to create a cupcake bowl.)

Frost each mini cupcake. Sprinkle chopped cranberries over the cupcakes and finish with sprinkles of melted chips.
