Attention
all Military Retiree’s:
THE GREATEST SWINDLE OF ALL TIME
Col “Bud” Day, Medal of Honor recipient is calling on Congress
to pass legislation supporting WWII/Korea era military retiree earned
medical care.
Successor Bills to HR3474/S2065, "Keep Our Promise To America's
Military Retirees Act" must be implemented by the new 109th
Congress.
If you haven't sent your Brown Bag letters this week please do
it today.....and record your submissions by logging on the Retired
Military Advocate website. This is important, Washington is
looking at numbers. To date only 49 “brown bags” have been sent
from Idaho. I know there are more of us out there.
Rip out a piece of a brown paper bag (do not cut neatly) about
8x10 & send a message to President Bush, both our Congressman
& Senators to re-instate our promised medical benefits. Mine
reads as follows: You & the Government broke your promise to
me, my family & my comrades. I want to see you enact legislation
that restores my rights, as a Military Retiree to the no cost medical
care I earned & was promised. Word yours as you wish, but please
write.
